Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed at shop.hydralab.au. HydraLab is a trading name of the Kritsotakis Family Trust (ABN 45 984 876 899), Belrose NSW 2085. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who we sell to. Our products are professional exterior-cleaning chemicals sold for trade and experienced users. You must be 18 or over to order. By ordering you confirm you will store, handle and use the products as shown on the label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS), which are available on our website.

Prices and GST. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is emailed with every order. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already accepted.

Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We can decline or cancel an order (for example, if a price was listed in error or stock is unavailable) and will refund anything you have paid in full.

Pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged when ordered and dispatched when stock arrives. You can cancel before pickup or delivery for a full refund.

Pickup and delivery. See our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on pickup or delivery.

Using the products. Always read the label and SDS, wear the protective equipment they list, test a small hidden area first, and never mix products unless the label says you can. Mixing rates, coverage and results on our website and labels are guides only; results depend on the surface, its condition, weather and how the product is applied.

Returns. See our return and refund policy.

Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by using a product in a way that is not in line with its label or SDS.

Privacy. We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
