Shipping policy

Pickup and delivery

We currently sell to Sydney only. Everything is packed and delivered by us, not a courier.

Free pickup. Collect from Belrose NSW 2085. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll text you when it's ready; please text 0468 000 668 before you come so someone is there.

Wednesday delivery. We deliver on Wednesdays within about 40 km of Belrose. Order by 5pm Tuesday for delivery that Wednesday; orders after that go on the following Wednesday. Delivery is a flat $30, and free on orders of $300 or more. If you're not home we'll leave it in a safe, shaded spot out of reach of children and pets unless you tell us otherwise at checkout.

Dangerous goods. Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods for transport. We carry them in our own vehicle in line with the rules, which is why we don't ship interstate or use parcel couriers.

Pre-orders. HydraWash and HydraBio pre-orders are ready for pickup from Friday 2 October 2026, and the first delivery run is Wednesday 7 October. We'll confirm your pickup or delivery day by text or email. You can cancel a pre-order any time before pickup or delivery for a full refund.
