Returns and refunds

Change of mind. Unopened, sealed products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us first on 0468 000 668 (call or text) or info@hydralab.au. Returns are dropped back to our Belrose pickup point, or we can collect on a Wednesday delivery run for the standard $30 delivery fee. For safety reasons, opened chemical products can't be returned for change of mind.

Pre-orders. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before pickup or delivery for a full refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. If anything arrives leaking, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible (a photo helps) and we'll replace it or refund you. Don't use a product from a damaged or leaking container.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.

Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
